Last year University Utara Malaysia shocked with 10 folds increase of their quit rent! The university used to pay RM150,000 in quit rent. the amount increased to RM1.8mil after the Fuckatan Pembangkang took over Kedah state.

AIMST University

Now its AIMST University turn. Kedah state government of PAS increased almost 500%. Earlier AIMST was paying RM100,000 as their quit rent to the Kedah State government. A new letter sent to them. The quit rent increased to RM560,000. Wow!

Further more its back dated to year 2008. So the quit rent of AIMST revised and the university management have to pay approximately RM1.7 million!

This is the great news about the opposition! As the GE13 nearing, Fuckatan making lot of empty promises! The promises will remain as promises. The latest empty promise is free education. But this fellows making choke of educational institution. Preacher doesn't practise!

BONGKAR: PR SELANGOR MENGARAH ROBOHKAN KUIL SIVAN

Kalau kami (Fuckatan Pembangkang) mengambil alih kerajaan tiada satu kuil akan dirobohkan! Inilah janji kosong Fuckatan Pembangkan semasa pilihanraya umum yang ke 13!

Tetapi janji itu tidak ditunaikan. Pada 25hb Disember 2011 Kerajaan Fuckatan Pembangkang Selangor mengarahkan Kuil Sivan Bukit Gasing Petaling Jaya untu roboh atas alasan keselamatan.

Semua siasatan yang terperinci telah buat. Kuil itu adalah selamat dengan sedikit ubah suai. Namun Kerajaan Selangor degil.

PKR's de facto leader cum Opposition leader Anuwar Ibrahim is going around and giving empty promises to rakyat!

Empty promises are not new to Fucktan Rakyat and PKR! The latest empty promise is to remove PTPTN loan.

Pre-GE13 Anuwar promised many things but not fulfilled!

1. Swear on the head of a old man in Kampung Buah Pala Penang. He promised to make Kampung Buah Pala as a Heritage Village of Indians if Penang government take over by Fuckatan Rakyat! But Fuckatan took over Penang at the same time eradicated Kampung Buang Pala from Penang Map!

2. In Kedah Anuwar gave empty promise to declare a state public holiday for Thaipusam if Fuckatan take over the state! Already 4 years! No public holiday granted!

3. Anuwar (empty) promised to Hindus that no temples will be demolished in Fuckatan States! Yet many temples demolished!

And more will come soon for the sake of getting votes! At last it will remain as an empty promise. A simple public holiday for Thaipusam  in Kedah cannot be granted. How can Anuwar will fulfill all his empty promises?

Demam pilihanraya umum yang ke 13 sudah hampir tiba untuk semua parti-parti politik di Malaysia. Lebih-lebih lagi untuk parti-parti komponen Fuckatan Rakyat! Tarikh pembubabaran parlimen hanya PM Najib yang tahu!

Ini perkara biasa untuk Barisan Nasional. Pembubaran parlimen adalah di tangan Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Abdul Razak.

 

PM Najib telah melakukan lawatan kerja hampir ke semua negeri. Sambutan rakyat kepada PM Najib amat gemuruh! Ada tempat yang datang 15,000 orang! Ada tempat yang datang 40,000 orang! Ada juga tempat yang datang 70,000 orang!!

MELIHAT KEADAAN INI PUNGGUNG ANUWAR SUDAH PANAS BERAPI! 

Anuwar tak boleh duduk diam! Dia pun merayau ke sana sini tunjuk muka  kepada rakyat! 

Anuwar turut hadir untuk ceramah-ceramah yang kebanyakannya dianjur oleh PAS! PAS ni expert dalam ceramah kelentong! Hampir semua tempat Anuwar cakap macam biasa! Sama aje! Macam Audio CD yang kena calar!

Memang Anuwar tak boleh diam!

Kebanyakan penganalisis politik percaya bahawa peluang BN mengekalkan kerajaan persekutuan masih tinggi, malah ada yang berhujah bahawa ia mungkin menang lebih banyak kerusi kali ini. Program Transformasi kerajaan (GTP) oleh  BN memberi kesan yang bagus kepada BN!

Penganalisis politik percaya kesan (GTP) yang bagus ini, akan memberi "swing undi" lebih kurang 10% kepada Barisan Nasional! 

Melihat perkara ini Anuwar tak boleh duduk! Punggung dia dah panas! Lagi pun kesan internal problem dalam PAS,PKR dan DAP dipercayai akan memberi impak yang tinggi. Kaum India yang majoritinya Tamil telah kehilangan percaya terhadap DAP!

Sokongan kaum India kepada BN telah pun kembali!

PKR BECOMING MORE RACIST!

This year Kulim Town Council (Majlis Perbandaran Kulim Kedah as known as MPKK) appointed town councilors from Pakatan Rakyat component parties PKR,PAS and DAP!



Town councils are directly under state government governance! MPKK under Kedah PAS-PR government!

In year 2011 they were 3 Indian town councilors from PKR and DAP (PKR 2 & DAP 1) however the situation changed in year 2012!

The DAP can't change its councilor because DAP has prominent Indian leader! But the PKR dropped 2 Indian councilors! Further more they never replaced with any Indian reps! The 2 former councilors were unhappy on this issue!

The writer checked with one of the top leader in PKR ( a non Malay) and he commented that the state level PKR leadership never listen to the grass root level! It shows PKR becoming more racist and never respect Indian members in their so called justice party!

I feel very sorry for the Indians in PKR!

The DAP secretary-general should have used the equal time given to him during the debate to rebut allegations, says MCA Youth.

KUALA LUMPUR: DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng should have refuted allegations directed at him by MCA during the debate between him and MCA president Dr Chua Soi Lek last Saturday and not through the media subsequently, MCA Youth chief Wee Ka Siong said today.
He said equal time was given to both sides to speak, but Lim did not use the time to refute those allegations; instead he chose to explain his excuses at press conferences and issuing press statements after the debate.
“There is no announced winner in the debate as that decision is left to the voters to decide. Therefore Lim need not get himself over-excited, as everything was fairly done.
“The debate will naturally allow everyone space to rationally discuss issues; starting a war of words after the debate is wrong and is in contrast to the fundamental purpose of a debate,” he said in a statement here.
He said Lim’s accusations that Chua purposely targeted him during the debate and that the arrangement of the debate hall was done in an unfair manner was baffling.
“There are two sides to every comment, and it depends on how one looks at it. If one has a narrow-minded view or interpretation of things, then anything can be construed as a personal attack, and that has twisted the real meaning of the debate,” he added.
Meanwhile, in a separate statement, MCA publicity department said members of the public can view the debate between Chua and Lim titled “Chinese at a political crossroad : Is the two party system becoming a two race system” online.

Baru-baru ini PAS Negeri Kedah telah melulus sebuah Memorial park di kawasan majoriti kaum Melayu, Kampung Kamuniting Sungai Kob, Karangan Kedah! Boleh katakan penduduk kampung ini 100% kaum Melayu!

Hari ini sekumpulan lebih kurang 800 orang selepas Solat Jumaat berarak ke tempat Memerial Park Anehnya semua orang yang berkumpul adalah daripada semua parti iaitu UMNO,PKR dan PAS! Ada ahli PAS yang hadir di sana mengecam perbuatan PAS ini!

Semalam ahli dewan undangan di sini (Merbau Pulas) YB Hjh Siti Aishah turun ke kawasan yang berhampiran kampung tersebut melarang ahli-ahli PAS mengikuti pembantahan ini! Dengan tidak menghiraukan larangan Siti Aishah ahli-ahli PAS di sini turut serta!

Macam biasa, pihak atasan PAS Kedah menuduh kerajaan Barisan Nasional yang melulus project ini! Perkara ini bermula sejak lama dulu! Tetapi pihak BN tidak meluluskan dengan syarat penduduk setempat adalah kaum Melayu.

Dalam hati PAS mereka maukan undi kaum Cina. Maka mereka meluluskan  project Memorial Park ini!

Untuk pengetahuan semua Memorial Park ini adalah yang terbesar di Asia Tenggara!

Banyak cerita di sebalik Memorial Park ini akan keluar tidak lama lagi!

Apakah Standard Kaum India dalam PR?

Penulis amat kagum dengan standard kaum India dalam gabungan parti-parti pembangkang seperti PKR dan DAP!

Baru-baru ini semua orang di Kedah bersdiskusi tentang cuti Thaipusam di Kedah bail di kalangan Barisan Nasional mahu pun di kalangan Pakatan Rakyat.

Kalo tak bagi cuti apa kamu boleh buat?

Terlalu banyak janji telah ditaburkan kepada Kaum India di Malaysia semasa pilihanraya yang ke 12 dan janji-janji itu juga belum habis. Malangnya janji-janji palsu itu tidak ditunaikan lagi.

Salah satu contoh adalah cuti Thaipusam yang di janji oleh Anuwar di Kedah. Semasa kempen pilhanraya umum yang ke 12 dan pilihanraya kecil Bukit Selambau Anu memberi janji palsu itu untuk mendapatkan undi kaun India.

Tetapi janji itu jadi janji sahaja. Sampai hari ini mereka tidak menunaikan janji palsu itu!

Penulis hendak tanya beberapa soalan!

1. Mengapa Ketua Umum PR Anuwar bin Ibrahim tidak memberi tekanan kepada kerajaan PAS Kedah untuk memberi cuti Thaipusam yang dijanjikan olehnya?

Takde masalah bagi cuti Thaipusam! Tapi tak boleh!!

2. Mengapa Lim Guan Eng  Setiausaha Agung daripada Parti Chauvinist DAP tidak memberi tekanan kepada kerajaan PAS Kedah?

Kedua-dua peimpin ini adalah opportunist! Untuk seorang pemimpin yang bernama Anuwar dan Pilihanraya kecil Permatang Pauh, Lim Guan Eng mengisytiharkan cuti. Mengapa dalam hal ini Pakatan sorry Fuckatan Rakyat membisu?

Itu Pilihanraya Kecil Kami main pulitik! Sorry ye cuti Thaipusam

Ini bermaksud, pemimpin-pemimpin Fuckatan Rakyat akan membeuat apa sahaja untuk kepentingan politik mereaka dan meminggirkan kaum India.

Di manakah Fuckatan Rakyat meletak kaum India? Aneh Bin Ajaib mereka akan janji lagi satu jawatan Timbalan Perdana Menteri ke3,4,5, dan seterusnya!

Sudah tiba masanya, Kaum India di seluruh Malaysia kena fikir balik supaya minda mereka tidak diliwat sekali lagi oleh pembangkang dengan janji-janji kosong macam ini!!!!

"Kami mau bagi cuti! Tapi swasta tak mau agree kata exco bodoh! Tak tau kah kerja awak Manikumar? jangan kelentong! "Janji, aku dapat sahaja! Cuti Thaipusam aku tak kisahke?!"

Private sector not keen on Thaipusam holiday, kelentong exco member S.Manikumar

Inilah tiga manusia yang tipu kaum India di Negeri Kedah berkenaan cuti Thaipusam!

KEDAH state executive councillor S.Manikumar said the move to declare Thaipusam a state holiday in Kedah was met with objections from the private sector.


He said the state government had agreed to a request by the state PKR to declare Thaipusam a state holiday.
However, the move was delayed due to the refusal by the manufacturing sector to support it. The management of the factories had said the additional holiday would force them to incur losses.

Manikumar kelentong lagi, discussions were now being held with the representatives of the private sector to ensure that everyone agreed to the state holiday.

Hello PR Exco cum PAS government I have few questions to ask to you:

1) For a simple by election in Permatang Pauh, Penang government  declare a public holiday on polling day. Why can't you declare? And blame private sectors?

2) What happened to you election promise of Thaipusam holiday?

3) Are you agree that Kedah State government is  irrelevant? And private sectors never respect you?

4) You people just cheat Indians for votes only!

PANAS: ANUWAR DIVIDING INDIANS!

Why suddenly Anuwar love to come for Thaipusam? Many people fail to think this! but Anuwar has hidden agenda behind his visit to Thaipusam.

The sources said Anuwar is coming to Penang Thaipusam, this year. He planned to go to Sungai Petani Sri Subramaniar Devastanam Thaipusam thru back door. However more than 20 Indian NGOs in Kedah protested Anuwar's visit in from of the said temple.

The Indians always forgetful! Anuwar has many faces! He is not practising multiracial or multi-religious system which BN always do! When Anuwar was a DPM, he warned Indians (Hindus) that he will stop ringing the temple bell.

Suddenly he became so innocent! He wants to show to the public that he is accepting multi-racial and multi-religious system! IT'S NO!

The truth is Fuckatan Pembangkang lost Indians support. 

In Kedah, Although Indians are in various political parties they are united in religious festivals. Anuwar uneasy on this! He wanted to keep Indian divided! He moved his trump card! Visit Thaipusam is the best choice to Anuwar to keep Indians divided.

If he comes to Thaipusam Indians (Hindus) will concentrate  his visit rather than mixing with friends! that is his ultimate thinking!

What happened to PKR Indians?

Anuwar doesn't like Indians to be united! Simple! He doesn't like to keep popular Indian leaders in his own family party PKR! Good example - YB Gobalakrishnan the MP for Padang Serai sidelined in Anuwar's family party. YB Gobala is a victim of Anuwar's racial politics and divide and rule concept. Anuwar like to keep unpopular Indian leaders beside him! It will not stop here. Kapar MP's faith will be known soon!

Where Anuwar went in Batu Pekaka Hindu Cemetery issue?

I am very surprised with Anuwar! Where he went during Batu Pekaka Hindu Cemetery issue! The PR-PAS led Kedah state government robe the cemetery from the local Hindus! 100 over yrs graveyards shifted to another place. The Kedah State Indian Exco and Anuwar's puppet, S.Manikumar joined hand with him!

If Anuwar really love Thaipusam and Hindus-Indians, Why never stop the cemetery robe? All hidden agenda of Anuwar! Anuwar uses Indians like pickle and curry leaves. Now he is scared that PR lost Indians support!

Indians especially PR Indians must rethink to support him. Anuwar has many faces! only people very close to him know this!!!
